Covid-19 Response

We hope you are managing to keep safe.  Whilst things are changing on a daily basis with the Covid -19 situation we are monitoring all that we are doing to ensure government guidelines are adhered to and we operate with utmost heightened infection control.  Whilst we are postponing non-essential appointments we are here for patients who are struggling for whatever reason and need attention for their ears/hearing aids.  We don’t want anyone to struggle when hearing will be ever more important to help connect in times of social distancing. 

Please do not hesitate to get in touch by phone, text or email if there is anything we can help with.  We are happy to post out hearing aid supplies or have telephone consultations for those who need it.  We will consider home visits for those patients who are really struggling with their hearing but can’t get to us.
