Took my elderly mom recently. Very friendly and lovely staff. They explained everything clearly and checked we understood. A pleasant experience and very reassuring to any queries.

Family members have been treated quite a number of times over the last few years, with microsuction when appropriate. Every single time the audiology care has been highly professional, and on occasions when treatment wasn't appropriate because of ear infection, we have been provided (free) with photos to make it easier to get antibiotics from the GP with a phone consultation. We find Guru Hearing very responsive, friendly and helpful in arranging urgent appointments when necessary, proactively reaching out to offer an earlier appointment if one becomes available. We have total trust in their high standards of care and service.

After trying somewhere else and getting nowhere I’d given up on my stubborn wax removal. However the team at Guru completed the task in a gentle non invasive manner. Really pleased to have Dolby 5.1 Surround Sound back in my hearing 😂

Went for a consultation after not hearing too good from my left ear. They took a photo and showed me wax which was blocking my ear drum. They gave me some drops and I returned 2 weeks later when they decided to vacuum my ear using there machine and immediately they sucked out a large piece of wax which was the culprit. Unbelievable how I can hear. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend you to go, for the price I paid, why did I ever leave it so long. Thank you both..

Excellent service from start to finish. I have never had a problem with my ears before but after 3 weeks of total deafness i needed to act! It turned out to be a small piece of wax covering my right eardrum, hence i couldn't hear. Following a full consultation the pain free process was fully explained to me and within minutes the wax was removed and i could hear again! I would highly recommend this very professional and friendly company 😁

Had ear syringed at Guru after struggling for months , wish I'd done it sooner to be honest because it was really impacting on my day to day life, lovely pleasant man explained everything to me, showed me inside my ear and did the job. Great to be able to hear again and definitely wont hesitate to return in the future if I have a problem again . Well worth the money. Plus a nice excuse to look around garden centre after.

I went to them for an issue I was told was due to wax. I was shown the view and told wax wasn't the cause but may be a middle ear issue. There was no pressure on me to do so but I got what wax that was in there cleared so I can say to the doctor wax is definitely not the issue.
There was no rush on me and I got a lot of explanation from her.
Overall a good visit and I would recommend.

Nice people, very professional and immaculately clean premises. You can see immediately from the equipment that its the place to be. Very informative too while being treated. I was a bit late for my appointment but they still managed to get me in and free my ears from wax 🙂 Highly recommended
